    I think the majority of capital cities are probably unrepresentative of the provincial life of their countries country.

    I couldn’t agree more with your last sentence, and it echoes my sentiments about the relationship between speed and accidents. But the question is do the courses like the one you were “obliged” to attend actually change habits in the majority of drivers? Or are they just a way for the majority to avoid additional points?

    I cannot see that much will change without far more traffic police to enforce better driving and perhaps retesting, or a more rigorous first test.

    Speak of the devil and the Top Gear repeat with him on is shown! Apparently he’s moved on to e-types, astons, bentley nowadays…

    The Typhoon training flights have been affected as the plane is a new “high performance aircraft”.

    So as the Harriers and Tornados are old it doesn’t matter if they crash!:rolleyes:

    Rats! Had my heart set on this since the first post here but last minute family commitments have pulled the rug.:( The weather looks as though it will be fantastic so I hope it’s a huge success – it ought to be!:D
