Many thanks for the comments guys, I’m really looking forward to it.
Evergreen Deluxe? Is that their First of Business Class cabin, or is it their premium economy? I know they do an upgrade to the next one up from economy for a measly £99 each way.
The evergreen deluxe cabin in where their first class used to be in the nose of the 747, so its quiet as well.
for the small extra cost you get..
Business class seats, loads of leg room, priority boarding, seperate checkin at LHR, upgraded menu etc… I really cannot recommend it enough.
Regards, Allen 😎 🙂

Eva Air
I have flown a couple of times with Eva and have to say they are a very good airline and great value for money. We have only flown in their Evergreen Deluxe Class which was excellent!!
I have never flown in their economy but they have above average seat pitch of 33″.
The cabin crew are very good and the inflight service is great.
They use 747 combi aircraft on their LHR – BKK – Taiwan route.
When My wife and I go on holiday to Thailand, I would always fly Eva Evergreen Deluxe. 🙂

If we were to occupy ourselves and talk about nothing but world issues, we’d fairly soon get pretty depressed. This is a forum about aviation. A place to discuss all subject matters of Aviation. It is not a place to discuss world politics.
Regardless of your own private thoughts, Concorde was admired by thousands, nay Miliions, the world over. It was that dream people could look up to in the sky and say “One day I’ll fly on her”. It was a milestone in aviation.
So it didn’t sell all that well, that was not primarily its fault. An oil crisis and a bunch of closed minded nimby’s were to blame. Concorde is a success in many other ways. It deserves to be recognised, paid tribute to and above all preserved respectfully. The other matters you highlight about the troubles in the aviation industry HAVE been discussed here already. Some of them to great length, so don’t presume to lecture us on what we should be discussing.
No offence Kev, I have a great deal of respect for you but those two posts above are a little out of order.

I think you are being a bit harsh here.. as you said this is a forum about aviation and everyone is entitled to his or her opinion.
