Tanks are available on eBay what is it an XX or XZ reg?

XX had 4940 kg with 2 droppers, XZ had 5040kg they carried an extra 100kg internally.

How so, Tony ? I thought they were the same fuselage aft of FR10

Does the Bronco have ejection seats ?

When MK356 was stripped at Abingdon in the late 80’s / early 90’s prior to rebuild, and I walked past it several times a day, it looked original.

How much was replaced during the rebuild ?

This is really eating at me now…..

I’ve looked at just about every walkaround picture I can find of Shackletons, Tornados, Buccs etc – no joy.

What is really odd on these is the structural mounting side, where they appear to be attached by horizontal bolts. Most door hinges are flat rivetted / bolted to the door surface

Doesn’t look too bad in the first pic – radome and probably the bulkhead will be damaged, but IMHO perfectly repairable. Fingers crossed !
