……..and the response was:
The photo in post #7 of the linked thread shows HMS IMPLACABLE – definitely one of the last pair, as there were numerous differences from the first three and INDOMITABLE, and Deck Letter C therefore IMPLACABLE.
The photo in post #10 of that thread shows HMS OCEAN – only Colossus class ship with US SM-1 radar above the bridge.
I took the liberty of posting this question on a nautical forum I also frequent
Awaiting responses

Shame the B1K at Duxford is such a state – probably got more FI left, Sapphires ( J65 ) may be better supported by OEM………..
W J did appear at Farnborough in 1954 i think a very hansome aircraft indeed.

7:44 if you are interested
Only once they did away with RAF Majors and brought in the ‘service to a contract’ attitude. It was rare at Abingdon for an aircraft not
to have at least one if not both tubs out.
I’d settle for the RAF having theirs restored to ground runnable condition. Belt it up and down Cosford – raise the public profile etc, then see if there is support for a flyer.
Looked too much like XV
I did wonder about that ( J79 )when I stood next to the one in Sola
Picked mine up last week no problem. Also seen them in Tescos Norwich
I noticed the new admission prices were displayed at Duxford today. As previously mentioned, the standard entry stays the same, but a new fee for children (5-15) is offset by a new ‘Family Ticket’
Not yet on the website is a very attractive Annual Pass at £22.50 or less, which gives unlimited access for the year (apart from airshows). Better value than FoD if you plan to visit more than once a year!
Is there free entry for Cadets in uniform ?
I was in the habit, when taking my ATC flyers to Wyton, to divert into Duxford if the flying was cancelled after we’d set off. It didn’t cost the cadets anything, just me, so was a no brainer. If it’s now going to cost them, we probably won’t bother, which is a shame.
On the move FR24
I wondered the same about differences. ‘Ours’ obviously has late type rudders, and the original turret position, as well as a Lincoln tail leg.
I notice both have the air intake on the stbd side
No – but the last Facebook update from them was only 10:15 UK time and all ok on there

Not the best shot, but from a Reykjavik webcam a few minutes ago
Avro Tudor ? Then Chadwick might not have met such an untimely end.
