Well Steve on Channel 9, i think in Melbourne its called something else and on Channel 10 when they did a news presentation they pointed out that Qantas was the launch customer and even the Airbus CEO said that as well! Im getting confused lol, lets make all of the top airlines launch customers lol!
I have just never heard of the term ultralonghaul, its just not used commonly to me, and i do apologise if my post sound angry or something i dont mean them to!
IM just saying technically its to a non-stop flight but with brake ups it depends on how close the arrival and departure times are!
If i could a closer look at the fuselage i could translate the Chinese for you, but i need to know if its in Manadarin or Cantonese.
Well technically a longhaul flight is a flight non stop for about 8 hours or more, with stops thats not ultralonghaul!
I was just posting my thoughts on QF and 777.
so monster500 are you an aussie? and monster500 i do diasgree with you there, Perth is boring and not lively Brisbane and Melbourne are and dont forget we have more attractions than Perth! But i would like to go to Perth one day!
Well there has been now news about Air New Zealand painting their aircraft in the Star Alliance logo livery.
Well I think its a little bit too late for Boeing to start thinking about a stretched version for the B717 as one of the major B717 customers Air Tran has started to recieve different aircraft.
Personally I think its a waste of time for them bringing the aircraft to Australia, because Qantas has never expressed any actuall interest in the B777 program. I would be very surprised if Qantas started discussing about the B777 even to put an order in.

I believe that Qantas Airways is the launch customer for the Super Jumbo they have a firm order for 12 aircraft!
Yes I can spot a change! They haven’t painted the shell of the engines! Why is that?
Am didnt Gulf Air already fly to Sydney, and Steve I disagree, Sydney is alright but it is very dirty, especially in Hyde Park, a lots of thugs and homeless people and rubbish, go to Melbourne or Brisbane probably Melbourne! And also dont forget Emirates are speculating on commencing flights to USA, plus in October they will be in Brisbane arent I lucky to finally have my favourite airline visiting me! LOL!
My recent flight would have been in January 2003!
