FlyGlobespan are very cheap I looked yesterday Glasgow to Prague £4. Air Scotland don’t fly from Aberdeen or Glasgow Prestwick anymore they just have flights from GLA, EDI and NCL

I don’t know why everyone is so surprised. I predicted (not in this forum) that Duo would go because their EDI flights all have a load factor of under 20% but they kept on adding new flights from EDI.

GLA has 3 one of them is a Airtours/MyTravel one
PIK has 1 huge one

I think it is better to have all operations threw 1 terminal than it is going threw 3.

Should be a fantastic summer at GLA this year passenger numbers are expected to jump from 8.2 to 10million. We have the following new services.

American airlines 767-300 daily to Chicago
Air Canada 767-200 daily to Toronto
Thomas Cook daily 757 to Toronto
Croatia airlines to Dubrovnik
Air-Scotland to Athens

The usual huge amount of charters with MyTravel, Thomas Cook, Thomson, Excel, First Choice, Monarch and this year a Spanair A321 based and a based Air Malta A320.

Also a lot of new regional flights with BA, BMI, Euromanx and a lot more flights to the Caribbean.

They have crew based at Glasgow also but its not a easyjet base as such if you get what i mean.
