    There are 2 of these Yak-3’s in the UK, both built at the Russian factory. One is a single seater G-CGXG, the other is a two seat dual controls version G-OLEG.

    Not much about on Thursday, but had a chat with a few friends, hopefully I’ll be in something bigger in March, than the Cessna -140 !

    She has not left quite yet, still waiting for the prop to return from overhaul, see you soon at Bremgarten, looking forward to an entertaining season in the UK And your buying the beers next time !

    Chailey airfield, in East Sussex, I flew there once for an airshow, and its just down the road from me, a Polish squadron was based there i believe, somewhere in my office is a book about the airfields in Sussex, I’ll have to dig it out !

    Shame as it was built as a flying replica, I’m looking for a WW1 flying project for this year.
