I seem to remember an “Airport” programme where Shaker was loading an aston martin (?) into the hold of an A330 for the middle east. I think it was actually driven inside the hold instead of put on a pallet.
This reminds me of when Jack Straw wore a turban for a foreign visit – it’s totally unneccesary as it should be a case of mutual respect for each other’s culture so everyone feels comfortable to express their own religous beliefs. Having said that however I realise how fortunate we are to live an a country where this is (to a large extent) possible.
