Seems that way, doesn’t it.As Churchill once said – a jolly good idea, but not including us of course.
I hope he meant “Not including us, but letting others to”?. The point is. The ones who don´t want to participate (and won´t be force to of course), will block the project of the ones who want to?. 😀

I am not well aware of economy but although the state is still a bit caotic, the economy is stable, and with a significate rate of growth. The external debt is being paid, the ruble is stable and the production of petrol is helping the economy. Of course it can´t be matched to the western countries in any aspects, specially in goods, but they are doing it well. Lots of problems like the one you mention, but expected in any country with so many years of ditatoral regime.

It´s alright. Just want to ask something to the British members. Do you think BA over reacted with the suspension of flights to Kenya?. I´d love to hear your comments about it.

Mongu, I missed the last point. What do you mean?. We condemn terrorism. We have condemned this attack.

Using this as a method to bring back up the issue of Aznar as a “bad guy” because he acted in isolation of public opinion in Spain seems a lot more to do with your agenda of taking potshots against someone you dont like than a comment on a possible threat to Spains security and more than a little opportunistic, on your part, to me I’m afraid.
It´s not oportunistic. I don´t appreciate this attack to give me excuses to tell “I told you so”. But things are happening as expected by some critics and I am not going to keep quiet because some may think it´s oportunistic. I don´t like cheap critizism, and I don´t normaly do it, specially against someone which I voted for him and has betrayed my spectations.

The Belgium embassy was hit because it was beside a jewish place (I don´t know which one). Of course our president is not directly responsible but these thugs, but the fact that a Spanish restaurant were included for the first time in the list with the regular american and Israeli interests is really suspicious. Of course I won´t let these to rule my life, and that the countries foreign policies can´t be ruled by them, but I wonder if supporting a war with almost the whole population is against, and making it´s citizens targets for his decission is really moral. Do we have to pay for the politicians mistakes?. I still think the task wasn´t done in Afganistan

Being hit in an indirect attcack is not the same as being hit as a prime tarjet. In the case you mention, as in the case of the Kings Valley in Egypt the objective was international tourism in which unfortunately there were spaniards. But this time…..it was the first time when Spanish interests were directly and deliverately targeted. I don´t really see that Melilla and Ceuta had anything to do with it, but Alqaeda. And being after the war and a couple of days after the Saudi attack is not a coincidence. In any case, let´s hope Alqaeda be rooted from the earth as soon as possible.

Depends. If he is a decorative figure with no real powers, why should he be elected?. Let´s spend money in elections which are worthy. But in any case, it´s a good idea, at least it would help to keep the Murdock eurosceptic media with less moaning arguments. 😀
