The reason for the fuss, is that it was something with further implications. Lots of territorial extra claims, invasion of Sahara, and manouvers around Ceuta and Melilla (everyday) so that was the reason. But I agree, a wedding gift to Mohamed VI would be just great.

Nothing will happen guys. Aznar informed Bush couple of hours before and seemed to understand the attack. Power supported the Spanish willing to come back to the previous status quo and regrets the conflictive state between both countries. More tensions could happen, but nothing serious. The sea is in the middle. Only problems in Ceuta and Melilla and in the worse case located in Ceuta and Melilla and the sea.

Thanks Geforce. Two parts in the press conference. One for internal consuption with the usual patriotic stuff, pride and so on; and a second one which talks about dialogue and diplomacy and their intention to go back to the previous status quo. The Spanish goverment have just said that they will leave the island should they get guarantees that the island won´t be invaded and promises treated questions of soveranity (except Ceuta and Melilla). Morocco would do something quite idiot is they want to make the situation more tense. On the other way, not much enthusiazm in Morocco for problems. Too many interests to spoil. In any case the US won´t allow two allies and one with vital bases, member of NATO and the EU get involved in something nasty. I wonder a call from the White House to both parts to these two pesky little countries, would do much more than anything.

We have been having tiny provocations since the Morocco invaded Sahara. I think Morocco cares a fig the rock, just want to distract conflicting sitution in the country, with a growing integrist power, with tensions in the parliament with the opposition and with population who is starting to question the system. It seems that wanted to create cohesion among the citizens. If we hadn´t responded in a militar way, we wouldn´t have given then attention and they would withdraw in a couple of days when they got fed up, tired and heated. But who knows. It seems that Moroccian population have more things to do. We also would love putting huge bomb and making it disappear. Hardly anyone knew what this island was.

We have done something quite stupid. The result is fine, nobody was hurt, but we should have had more patient to end with a diplomatic solution

Metro is a torture, like a flying coffin. And the B1900 not really nice neither. I flew B1900 (Portugalia) and I didn´t enjoy it. Too narrow and a funny aspect inside. I flew the Saab 340 and according to the seat arrangemet it should be as wide as the J41.

Thanks. I have always wanted to fly J41. I thought it was necessary to get almost bended, but it seems that the cabin is 1,80m tall, so pretty good for my 1,73m. How is flying this small plane?. It seems to me that it shouldn´t be very stable flying over the rough waters of the Irish sea.
