RE: Euro nations

Things were smoother here than in the UK. People weren´t much concerned for the currency and didn´t interpret as a loss of sovernanity. I suppose due to pragmatical reasons. Money is a filthy piece of paper used for purchasing things and people interpreted that they were no more spanish for having the King on the notes.
For me wasn´t a problem neither, a unique currency for the whole planet would be just fine. People have got used to use it. We still make calculations. Despite this fact, prices has grown. In terms of inflation the rise hasn´t been significative. The economy is supposed to have grown due to the million of euros saved in the companies international exchanges (lost in exchanges). In terms of use, I have the portuguese frontier at an hour drive and it´s simply great and confortable to go with the same money. It has helped to balance prices in both sides of the frontier and to see why the same thing varies so much in the different countries.

I don´t really think Sauron is critizing Pakistan or had anything against this country, simply is expressing a fact that we all knew and has appeared on the press and other media. Of course nobody is blaming the whole judicial system for that. It has been something shamefull which I assume, most Pakistanis reject. However I think that there´s a bit of a conflict between a civilized Pakistan and dark and integrist side which still is supported by the most extremist sides of society. What I deserve Pakistan is to be able to go ahead and advance, punishing these events and everyone related severly. I don´t think this is an isolated thing, and I wonder how many times, sharia or other code are applied. This time, media was close. There´s no need to get upset. Sometimes is very possitive accepting critisezing because it helps to analyse problems and solve them.

The bad thing of this event is that probably it wasn´t their first time. This time they were caught. These affairs happen too often in many other airlines. Most of the times, this is not made public or the media isn´t aware of these incidents. Scarry indeed.

I am affraid if we want to have a moral right to judge abuses of human rights of all the rough regimes you mention, we should have an exemplary behavoir. If our soldiers don´t commit any abuse, why should be worried to be judge by international courts. The key point here is to articulate measures in the International Court to guarantee fair funtioning. Unfortunately even democracies commit atrocities and abuses of human rights and it´s normal (not moral)that goverments try to protect their soldiers.

here it has been told that the Tupolev had been fitted the TCAS. Just something really loathsome which makes me feel shameful to be a human being. A Russian man has lost his wife and two sons on the crash. He was desolated, so he pedge the airlines to be taken to Zurich to the crash site because he hadn´t money for the ticket. ALL REFUSED TO TAKE HIM FOR FREE. I know airlines are business, but humanity and solidarity is a must now. And even taking into account the they normally take the pilots lovers and friends for free they shouldn´t be so cruel and fussy. The media knew that, was made public and then, all filthy airlines were pushing each other for taking him in first class (of course in front of the journalists). This hypocresy makes me throw up. Puajjj
