The T-50 would never partizipating in RF 13. Its still in its early test phase program.
But realisticly, what kind of units would VVS send over to RD 13?
    Su-34, Su-27SM3 or Mig-29SMT perhaps?

As at the present time , their most capable and advanced fighter is the Su-35 incorporating features from the Su-37 demonstrator model , although this is not deployed yet .

Let’s be patient , but its like a little boy’s fantasy to have a dogfight between a Raptor and a Raptorski 😀

This website writes that Nellis AFB has denied the news :

None the less , it would be great if it occurred .

    I would like to see a F-22 vs T-50 dogfight ….but I know it won’t happen 🙂

    Aegis system is Japanese

A quibble: Japan doesn’t have a non-export law. It has a law requiring all arms exports to have permits. It has a policy of not issuing permits.

There is actually one blanket permit in place, covering the export of Japanese technology & components to the USA for joint projects, & Japanese developments with US participation, e.g. the F-2.

The Aegis system used by the US navy and others is Japanese technology .

So , Japan does make exceptions to the non-permit practice.

Sadly it was anounced that all HAF C-130 fleet, as part of the undergoing upgrade, will adopt the “C-27” camouflage, meaning the boring sky-grey.

The first 2 have been painted already, the next 13 will follow suit as soon as they go for regular maintenance to HAI facilities.

    Old one:

    The new one:

    😡

The roundel in the new color scheme is too bright .It needs to be darker white to blend in e.g. in USAF

Has the HAF considered digital pixelated camo ?

If one wanted a working Mig-25A for a museum what would the cost be in USD roughly ? Anyone know ?

I know of a Mig-15 in working condition here in Australia and its given me a new respect for Mikoyan-Gurevich (when all the fog of the Cold War recedes ).

    Damn good flying machines .

    bombload

**Does anyone know how many 500lb dumb bombs it (the SE version ) can carry as opposed to the F-15E ?

** That F-15 Manx reminds me of the PAK-FA
