Does anyone know whether the dust protection system of the EOS400D works properly? Is it worth to take dust protection into account when buying a new body?
Nothing iffy. Just great pics.
Great pics. Big Beautiful Doll, Miss Demeanour and Team Guinot seem to have a very busy airshow season.
Thanks for sharing. The BW-picture of the Seahurricane is great!!
The Cessna didn’t damage the tarmac?
B25
B25 Duke of Brabant over Oosterbeek this afternoon around 15:00 hrs.
I was there on saturday. The event could have done with a few more wings.
Thanks for sharing these pictures. Was there any flying with the historic aircraft during this event at Lelystad?
Great pics. Thanks for sharing. I’m familiar with the wing overs of our B25, but I have never seen a glider being town inverted. Not even a Swift.
Great pics. Hard to pick a winner.
Wonderful pics. Only good news.
Some people always get what they deserve, happy birthday PL.
I have a 100-400 L IS since a couple of months. I’m very happy with it. On my EOS20D it performs much better than my 75-300 non IS (I keep that one only because it’s very compact and light-weight).
You can use a lens for maybe 10-20 years or more. New cameras with better performance will be available for less money every year.
Yes, IS makes a lot of difference with aviation photography.
The Spit TR9 is my favourite. The 747 shots however, are maybe even more unique. You see this huge aircraft under the horizon!!!
To all preservationists out there.Aeroventure have been using a superb paint stripper on their Dc3. 20 mins after application paint bubbles up like cheese on toast-it has to be seen to be believed!!! I understand it is bio-degradeable,has little affect to skin & can strip an aircraft in hours.
No pics, but she is down to bare metal and it has revealed the original Eastern Airways markings.
I saw this aircraft 4 or 5 of years ago. Given the condition of it, I assume that the restoration team is in the need of a lot of courage. How is the progress of the restoration?
