Before I went the tour organisers were not sure if anything would be there for us to see as there was development all around.
Just before my visit vandals set fire to the IL14.
As for the canopies they have just been left open

I have several shots almost identical to yours and taken with a similar shutter speed but look as if the lens needed cleaning.
