And not only are the public going to be really pizzed off but the owner/operators who again have lost vital work for their aeroplanes

£18.00 entry fee obviously reflects the price for aircraft attending now pushes it a bit for just the ground experiance.
Everyone looses out especially for 2018 when the public will not be so happy to travel just in case it happens again

I went in the early days when they were up on the left as you went in, they used to smelt in those days the aluminium on site this was before they moved up into the bigger yard left at the crossroads

Like the CWH Lancaster ?
David they had to get some kind of dispensation and also do a crew formation flying prior to the tour and PA474 had to lead, at Duxford I doubt there would be time to get all the Hurricanes together and sign off, maybe BBMF with form on the rear of any main formation.

Well the hours are going to be right down for most of the BBMF aircraft for 2017. Good news they are on their way back to flight.

Forgot to ad.
On Sunday afternoon the Seafury headed off past me to the NNE and returned about 50 mins later I am guessing to get some height for air testing, stalls etc, virtually over the top of the house on her return towards North Weald, lovely sound it was too!
