Propstrike, I think Old Warden will be come the one as you get such a wide variety of flying all of course historic, I must get to OW this year, last time was around 2005/06 I think.

Wow what a story, RIP best buddies
Well its down that way at Fairford so it may of popped out to do some overflys
Is it not for aileron? I seem to recall something similar possibly off a B17 but that part I am sure is British
Better convert all those Buchons back to Merlin if your going to do a remake of the 1969 movie :highly_amused:
West Malling, the new residents complained about the gliding and a 2 day airshow once a year, they now have more traffic than you can imagine 365 days a year from the housing etc on the old airfield !
about 35 mins ago, STEARMAN with wing walk rig heading N around the E end of the of Stansted TMZ
I really never like the Buchon right from the BoB film but I grew to really like it after sitting in the Hannas at The Fighter Meet North Weald but I would hate to fly one its a bit snug in there.
I did see that Bob, I noted that ‘BRADBURGER’ had replied to it putting them straight, trouble is the idiots believe it.
That is a refreshing sight, well done all, keep up the great work.
I think the skills used here for this ‘Off Field’ landing are a credit to the UK show safety and pilot training procedures and managing to retract the U/C also minimising the damage to the aeroplane and safer for the pilots wellbeing this Pilot was right on the ball hats off and a credit to piloting skills
I bet most of those who see the transportation of Miss Velma back to DX would not of known of the off field landing or what type of aeroplane it was!
Hurricane P2902 is a mighty purdy aeroplane
Thank you for the confirmation so they will be able to have live seats
