One thing i noticed whilst watching this film last night……..
Would the pilot have actually pressed the bomb release button or would that have been someone elses job?

I think the bomber would of had a bomb aimer in the glazed nose, the cannon set up I would hazard a guess the Copilot or Captain would do it.
It all seems a bit Filmy that sequence.
Did those Fighter versions carry bombs in a bomb bay ?

I am suprised the locals are not protesting about the noise form this static exhibit ! I used to spend many a day around the area of Bentwaters and Woodbridge and sitting on the beaches of east lane when they used to go over our heads harry flatters with bums alight

I have no desire to own a replica Spitfire but what kind of price do they go for ? Is there much of a demand to own a fullsize replica Spit by anyone other than RAF stations that want a gate guard. Apologies if it seems as though I’m trolling just genuinely intrigued by something that I perhaps wrongly view as an oddity.

maybe reenactors or to set up in the garden, museum display, charity events the list could go on, 25k new? It is fitted with original kit so that has a value I would hazard a guess at 5k maybe?
