Thanks for the info, 334_Pegasus.

I believe the H-19/S-55 was an important helicopter being the first “real” troop transport chopper as well as the basis for the Whirlwind.

Wonder how many are still flying ?

Well, judging by the pic, it’s not a scale Spit…

Plus it has some sort of shroud over the exhausts, maybe a V6 powered example ?

I reckon there’s something about a warbird with a 5-bladed prop which makes it look powerful, even stopped…

Was that the drama aboard the RN Frigate ?

I do remember watching that, if that’s the one and I think that’s where the Phantom scene came from….:confused:
