I visited Booker in 2016 I think, and asked Barry about it. He told me he had sold it on, but couldn’t remember the name of the owner or the location. Howard Curtiss gives it as ‘Steventon, Oxfordshire’. Any more info would be very welcome indeed!

To get this topic back to life again: 38+48 has UK serial ZK848 reserved for it! Wether this means it will actually fly again is another matter of course….

Hi all,
To get some new life in this thread: has anything more come to light regarding G-BAYV, the one that used to be stored at Bygone Times?
Best regards,

Apparently 130126 was never an Me.262, it is now thought the Germans made a typo in their records. Werk Nr. should indeed be 130026. See also:

I have never seen an actual log of it at Southampton museum, so I doubt it is there. Any more info on the location and/or owner is still very welcome….
Neither had I so far, apart from the message of flyingant. So any confirmation or info on the current whereabouts is very welcome!

Patrick
Is it at Southampton now? A recent addition to their collection?

luckily enough, the three sections, XT280, XX888 & XV161, all found new ownership,
Hi all, to revive this old topic: what happened to XV161? I know XT280 went to the museum of Dumfries and Galloway and XX888 is privately owned in Barnstaple, but for XV161 I only have “to Wales?”.
Many thanks in advance!

Barry Parkhouse is a famous aircraft buyer and seller, who has his office (and hangar) at Booker/Wycombe. So I presume it went there, but no idea what happenend with it afterwards.

It’s been some time since this request was posted, but did the location of this nose section ever become known? I am planning a short trip to the UK later this month, and will be in the area…..
Many thanks in advance!
OK, so no breaking news I understand, but still in the pipeline? In that case I’ll be patient I guess 😉

It has been some time since the last post on G-ADIN. Any news? Would love to see her in full glory one day!
Any further news on the cockpit? Was it saved?
Cheers,
Patrick
