Just look up ‘chem trails’ on youtube……prepared to be boggled!
Boggled by the crass stupidity and ignorance of the conspiracy theorists, that is. 😀
Finding myself unable to sleep, and somewhat bored, I followed Baz’s suggestion.
Here are two absolute gems:
Proof Chemtrails are NOT Contrails
Chemtrail Sprayer – 100% proof

Of the five aviation museums I have visited (East Kirby, E.M.A. Aeropark, Newark, Aeroventure, Hendon), I never once encountered a “miserable beggar” – Quite the reverse, in fact.
All were most welcoming, and more than happy to assist.

Blue skies, Sir, and thank you.

Oh goody… A “conspiracy theory” thread… :rolleyes::rolleyes:
Having been on the receiving end of one of these Grade 1 nut-jobs a few months back, I’m inclined to agree with:
Conspiracy theorists are losers, nuts or the mentally ill who get some sort of validation by thinking they know something “special” that no one else knows.
The aforementioned nut-job claimed to have found an “unrecorded Tornado crash site” near Sheffield, and proceeded to link it with the so-called Howden Moor Incident.
I’ll see if I can find his e-mail correspondence and the links to his “report”. I’m sure it will bring a smile to a few faces… 😉
EDIT: Here’s the link to his “report”:

Here is a second link, to a somewhat lengthy thread on the Sheffield Forum discussion boards. There are pictures of the alleged “crash site” in there:

Peter, it’s from a Spitfire.* Hence the price will automatically jump. :p
*Allegedly.
Very interesting footage.
A quick search on the Armed Forces Memorial website suggests that Pilot Lt (Acting) Stanley is still with his aircraft – His entry on the Roll Of Honour gives no grave reference.
…I never thought we had sunk that low…
TBH, I’d prefer old Humpy over Jedward.
…Is this really the best we can do?
Can’t be any worse than some of our previous Eurovision entries.
Let’s just say “Scooch” and leave it there…:D

Wow – Those two coach bodies are extremely interesting… 😮
The larger of the two bears a resemblance to an LNER bogie type, whilst the smaller (formerly 6-wheeled) one reminds me of a GNSR type, although without a comparable image I cannot be 100% certain.
What is certain is they are of great interest, and are definitely worthy of preservation!
Thanks for posting the photos. 🙂
Jim,
You could try Gee Dee Models in Nottingham, they have a large RC section, and, I believe, have a mail order service.
