Signed, and Facebooked too.
Truly amazing work, Alex. 😮
I have difficulty in referring to this as “Modelling” – This is something that transcends that title… “Work of art”, perhaps?
The only thing missing now is the means to convert your amazing masterpiece to 1:1 scale! 😉
Thank you for sharing your wonderful project with us.
Kind Regards,
Don
Looking good, Merlin. 🙂
That happens to some of my canopies too; I tend to get sanding dust and other detritus stuck to the inside. A quick blast with an air duster through any suitable opening usually shifts most of it (or a quick rinse and swim before painting).
Oh and if the camo scheme looks a little funny its because I appear to be camo scheme dyslexic and read the paint number the wrong way round and then painted it in reverse so to speak.
To be honest, I didn’t notice.
Different if nothing else. 🙂
Nothing wrong with that. 😉
Cheers,
Don
Seems a spotter may have put a spanner in the works.
One of the comments attached to that article is “interesting”: (those of you familiar with my views on conspiracy theorists will know what I mean!)
So why is Maj. Alton Glenn Miller’s name on the Madingley Wall of The Missing and Lt. Col Norman Baessell is not?

Oh yes he is… Norman F. Baessell

Superb restorations, Blue_2. 😀
Great to see the “Before” and “After” comparisons, and wonderful to know that these models have a new lease of life!
Look forward to seeing some more! 😉
Don
Is that the remains of a B-66 Destroyer next to the U-2?
Andy,
Count me in. Where do I sign?

Duly signed.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention, Moggy.
Nice work so far, Merlin. 😀
Look forward to seeing her ‘clothed’, as it were… 😉
Is that the one I think it is? 😀
Very nice work, Sir. 🙂
