Nearly got run over by a souped up old Saxo full of chavs walking across the zebra crossing outside Tesco last night…then another chav loaded car decided to pull out in front of me without indicating on the A14 about five minutes later…so I was all for a bit of chav burning by the time I got home 😀

What gets me though, is the speed at which banks send letters such as these, but when I try to get them to do something for me like send a new debit card or change my account type, it sometimes takes me 4-5 phone calls to get what I want out of them. Take this chip and pin business for example…I have two bank accounts – 1 is my main one, 1 is for holidays and things. I got a chip and pin card for the main account six months ago, but have still not received one for the second account, despite FOUR phone calls asking for one…this means that unless the bank gets it’s **** into gear, from January 1st next year, I will not be able to use my second account to pay for things until they finally send me a new card 😡
