    Alastair,

You really need a car that fits on your drive…..
Looks in very good condition though.

Personally I like things such as lightweight E-Types, D-Types, C-Types, DB4GT’s and the like

Very nice photographs Mark, it’s a shame that N51EA is leaving Europe, I only ever got to see her once. Any idea who the new owner is?
If there are any other 353rd FG pics that anybody has I for one would love to see them.

Does anyone know what’s happenning with the P39?With her being so recently restored,it seems odd that they’ve got all the panels off etc.

Winter maintenance??? Putting her on the UK register???

Yes they usually do rot well. At least the G46 which was at Duxford was a rotter!!!!!

I was thinking Europe as well Stewart, honestly I’m not trying to pick holes I really am interested…. From my point of view I spend so long with the same aircraft I’m losing touch with whats going on in the bigger picture.

Stewart, enlighten me a bit more about what you are proposing???? It’s Friday and I’m confused….
What aircraft have we lost over the period you mention, I know about the tragic loss of a couple of Spitfires Sea Fury and the Kingcobra and one or two exports, but surely there have been far more aircraft emerging from restoration??? Not picking holes, merely interested.
