    As for the Mossie, it would depend on how big your hairdryer was…

    Will the Rearwin be at Legends??? Hampshire is just too far to go to see it, in fact if it could just be flown over my house it would save me the bother.

    IBury St Edmunds is a historic little town and worth looking round and there are a couple of 8th AF memorials in the priory grounds.

    Don’t tell everybody or they’ll all be here!!!!! Then what will we do….

    Thanks janie, Yak 11 Fan. no one seemed to know yesterday which Yak it was.

    Sadly that’s the problem with Yak 11’s nobody has a clue, hence partly why they are such an under rated aircraft by all those who have yet to experience one….

    Can you imagine just how many meetings the local authorities would need to have just to be able to understand what an airfield is let alone how to tell anyone where they are located, most of the staff will have retired before they got to make a decission on the right strategy to use.

    Bent waters, what a waste!!!! I used to live there for a time, the sound of cars being thrashed up and down the runway on a Saturday morning would carry for miles, far more annoying than the odd aircraft or two.
    Oh an airfield, I think I’ll buy a house next to that and then get annoyed if somebody decides to fly, some people in this world really are so stupid they shouldn’t be let out on their own!!!!
    Can I write to the council to complain about my neighbour using his lawnmower whilst I’m having a relaxing beer on my patio of an evening??? Would the council ban him from having grass???
    Can I calm down now please????

    What’s the chance of getting the Sunderland cranked up for a taxi slot at Legends?

    That would never work, the wings will bounce off the lamposts on Saturday night, mind you, just think of all the drunks you could fit in it, whoever the lucky cabbie is who gets that instead of a Peugeot 406 will be made up with the amount of money he could make.
