It was still there today, in the ARC section of the T2.
It wasn’t at Duxford today, so I guess it’s not here yet. Another one of those it doesn’t exist until it in the hanger type stories, could it be that someone got their wires crossed at some point?

As for Spitfires, whilst not being a big fan of the things I guess it would br TD248 as it’s the one I spent the most time with, other than that AR614.

Other than at the various airshows up and down the country Janie is usually around on Museum open days at her home base on the 3rd Sunday of the month during the summer.

If you’ve ever been to Grantley Adams you’d know that you need all the shade you can get, waiting to pass through immigration whilst standing under Concorde sounds a fine idea to me 😀
I have a use for 3 of them, involves a large bit of elastic and a giant dart board 😀
