Looks like a wind generator to me too, the black prop blades with yellow tips gave it away to me.
I’ve only ever flown over the top, have a pic at home somewhere.. Did my local history project whilst at school on Lavenham Airfield, twas much easier to get around it in those days, still had most of the original concrete at that time.

Its a Mk 16 – serial TE184. A quick Google will give you the history. Its currently ‘resting’ out of permit.
