Is there? The only thing I can see looking like a Ryanair B737, is a North American B757? You must have better eyesight that me.
quite right… i thought it was ryanair at first but you can make out the USA flag on the tail
to be fair… if your stupid enough not to go to the toilet in the terminal, pay 4 quid for a drink on ryanair, then have to use the loo on the plane. you deserve to pay £1 for the toilet.
anyway, if you cant hold it in for an hour, there’s something wrong with you.
its getting a bit wearisome, with the whole Ryanair bashing, you get what you pay for. is there another way you could get to Italy for a 50quid return plus luggage.
if your sensible you will get a Bread card in the Uk. this enables you to dodge the admin fees, and you should get a back pack big enough to fit a few days clothes in.
how about flybe
he is my best mates lecturer at uni 😀
thats a good point actually. Will there be any rebranding?
Military are easy to spot round here usualy tree top height .
😀
we get alot of c-17’s and vc-10’s buzzing about… as well as some very high level eurofighters.
it was indeed from that position.. its a farm entrance now, you have to park at the clock pub and walk down
we get alot of military traffic going across rather than up and down, down here in brum … maybe its that
thaks for the comments… my degree is pinned on these types of photos..
anyway it was taken on a 100ISO, f4 apperture, with a minute exposure, using a nikon d40 with the standard 18-55mm lens

there was certainly a couple of dc-6’s, 3;s and an ATP at BHX yesterday
regarding air atlantique. some are still at coventry… most were flown to Birmingham, where they will operate out of now, they are parked on the remote stands of T1 rather than the Elmdon apron. also a DC-3 was flown to wellsbourne.

The aircraft will also be visiting Edinburgh (1340), Prestwick (1400), Port Rush (airshow short display) (1420), Belfast City (1440) and Broughton (1508) Birmingahm (15.40) and then off home again.
i believe so. im only 18 but i think that closed in the 1980’s
probaby heathrow is the most spotter friendly. you can see everything on the ground by driving around the perimiter. at the end of runway 09L there is a huge field, usually full of spotters, just park your car at the side of the road and walk in. if they are not landing that way (they normallly do) you could try mertyle avenue at the end of 27L, but this is a residential street with a field at the end, so respect peoples property.
gatwick is ok, the observation deck is closed now (i think) so you cant see much on the ground, there are fields at both ends of the runway.
luton is similar, can drive round the airport, its full of biz, and get a good view. as for landings im not sure. there is a country lane at the end of 26 but its a tad bleak. theres not much at luton anyway, unless you love biz and easyjet.
Stansted is well known for being one of the worst airports in the UK from a spotting and certainly from a photography point of view. you could go to belmer road, park your car and walk through the bushes, there is a verge that you can see landings only from (Taking off stuff has already gone by the time its come from behind the verge) you cant see the apron from here. or there is green street at the end of 23 where you can see the apron.
