yehi posted a report over onmn afm about 3 base up fpr closure (around xmas new year time). brize, lynam and one of the conish bases were discussed, the outcome was the cornish one would be kept. p[ossible the news was designed to soften the blow by cutting less than they leaked.

this kind of thing has happened on the iar cobat forum where elp has become an extra administrator and there is :
a “Wargamers Corner” forum, for games and such
a “Advertisments ” forum for stuff for sale
a “Aircombat Bar” forum for off topic talk

this is a rally great way of doing things too

well unfortunately they couldn’t sell the aircraft to suport the comapy therefor ethey went out of business. also the dutch af is so small there is no military base suporting them. they probable would have surviced if there was firther inter europrean comapny collaberation on aerospace like a400m and nh90.

he does watch as he appeared in a thread recently concerning him.

IMHO we do mix a lot (i’m on all 3), geefroce is on two, comet is on two, phantom II is on two, new boy Jo (?) the aussie is on a few. kabir is on two. philo is on two.i’ve probable got the above wrong 🙂 (sorry) and there are laods more.

i have to admit as an AFMer we don’t see much of the others while we come over to the others more – afm and flypast often “conflict” over what we are discusing – ie vulcans ,etc are possible in both forums “patch”.

a possible good idea – they have had a 4th forum here before for todays pilot i think and maybee for another mag ???

what when you log in here ? – IMHO its useful cos i use a school network often to get on here , and its therefore more secure – if you don’t like it can’t you get it to remember you by cookies ?
