Wow! Nice shot. I was onboard an Easyjet A320 a few years ago, which had a lightning strike.

Thanks for that Greenair info Peter. I flew on an Interflug Il18 in 1987 LGW-SXF-TIA.

Nice shot. First time I’ve seen one of those. Still prefer my Gulfstreams though;)

Some very nice shots there Peter. It looks like that BAF Viscount was sharing the ramp with an Interflug Il18. I used to do loadheets for that Air UK F28. I always wondered wether there was any Russian involvement with Greenair.

This is appalling. All the more so, following the release on bail, of that b*****d Abu Qatada, an individual dedicated to destroying all of the ideals that civilised society holds dear, the same ones that the likes of Danny Nightingale, are willing to give their lives for. This judgement is an obscene nonsense, and must be overturned. Petition signed.

I don’t like the political overtones to this ‘poll’ It seems to me, that its just another tier of beurocracy to be financed. I received no literature regarding any of the candidates standing in my area, so if they can’t be bothered, then neither can I.

Some great shots. Shame about the pithy comment on the Ryanair ref BMI Baby. Making light of, or poking fun at, fellow aviation folk losing their jobs, is in my opinion, both sad infantile, and not very professional. But then again, we’re talking Ryanair here. Sorry Rob, rant over, really enjoyed your pics:)

Can’t see it myself. I’m told that Willie Walsh is as savvy as MoL, and then some. I’d be very surprised indeed, if he had made this kind of commitment, without knowing all the facts.

Well, I’m certainly wiser than when I got up this morning. Some very interesting info there.
