No problem, the actual flight time of MAN-EWR is 7 hours 45 minutes. I don’t which of the MAN flights your travelling on whether it be CO21 or CO101 but either way this summer both flights are scheduled to be B757-200s as is every other UK CO flight with the exception of LGWs.
As for a B764 upgrade? very unlikely unless your aircraft goes tech and they have a spare widebody lying around or the other flight is cancelled and they send a widebody to sub for both etc I’m not going into all the possible scenarios but as I said. Unlikely! :dev2: 😉 🙂 .
I know how you feel though as I was begging for the same thing on my flights! 😀 they really are an enjoyable ride and I would have no problem flying with the B752 over the pond again.
Well your travelling on a Continental 752, they have the dropdown TV’s from the ceiling showing movies/TV shows etc etc and if that’s not on it does show a moving map along with current altitude/speed/outside temp/flight time remaining etc.
Having travelled on three CO 752s of flights over 5 hours (BHX-EWR/LAS-EWR/BHX-EWR) I can say it really is a plesant experiance, not like some who say single isle trans-atlantic travel is a horror story 😀
Really? mini-meet? :D. Not trying to go off topic Lance, just ideas!
Glory – Fantastic film about the American Civil War
Glory – Fantastic film about the American Civil War
Did see this not long back and if I’m honest the first time I saw it I didn’t like but now it really does look great, as you said Elgan ‘simple but effective’.
Look foreeard to seeing them at BHX this summer :D.
Ahhhh nice shots Lance! I really wanted to see the AI Express 738 but the weather was a real put off, especially if your using public transport!
AFAIK BHX will be a passing point in the future for all AIX delivery flights or at least some, anymore? would love too see them :D.
Oooo very nice indeed :D, as Tom says it does look much better on the smaller aircraft simply because there’s no large area’s of blank fuselage and the SWISS titles also brighten it up.
Hopefully we’ll see at BHX in the summer after the flight upgrades from an ERJ-145.
Like it Adam :D, it is quite easy to get carried away with stuff like that especially while in a lecture or something and then you just spend hours perfecting it!
For whatever reason I just picture the KLM c/s on it everytime I look it.
What’s going on with the ‘Vist Wales’ scheme, I’ve just never noticed those white lines cutting through it!
Nice selection :D.
Nice 747 pics, but terrible colour scheme! 🙁
Quite frankly I like it! 😀

even though the weather was mince
Hmmm………..nope! never heard that one before :D.
Nice shots all the same :).
Indeed there is…..
Football legend’s image in clouds
The soccer star’s father, Dickie, unveiled the imageThere was a unique flying tribute to the late George Best in the skies above Belfast as airline Flybe named one of its aircraft in his honour.
His father, Dickie, four sisters, brother and son attended the launch at Belfast City Airport on Wednesday.
The Q400 aircraft has a picture of George Best in his Manchester United strip and will fly between Belfast and Manchester.
The soccer legend died last November after suffering organ failure.
His son Calum described the last few months as an emotional roller coaster.
“It is quite surreal seeing my father on the side of a plane,” he said.
“He was a modest man but I am sure he would have approved.
“It is a fitting tribute as it connects the city where he was born and the city where his legacy started.”
Dickie Best said the family had no hesitation in backing the tribute.
“The life size image of George on the side of the plane in his trademark red strip and characteristic footballing stance is a wonderful tribute and I reckon if George could be with us today he would be quite taken with the idea of kicking a ball at 30,000 feet,” he said.
Mr Best said the aircraft would also provide a boost for the George Best Foundation which will be launched in May.
Well this evening I downloaded an EAL 742 with the green stripe livery, now as I always do with a new aircraft I do a circuit around an airport and this type BRS was chose to host!
The combination of very bad weather (especially the X-wind) and the fact that we have short runway/747 it was perfect, the landing wasn’t very plesant so here are two shots of it for all too see!
Enjoy :D.

Sorry they came out small but that couldn’t be helped  .
