Hi Tim
Sorry no photo but i believe it was the event organiser that was selling it, FLY.BUY may no more,
Here is the link below where you may be able to contact the organiser himself, he was asking £250 but said he was open to offers.
it was the first stall on the right after entering.
It hadnt sold when i left.
Good luck.
Hi AM
Yes it did go ahead and considering it was fairly busy, i would guess around 15 tables, a mixture of aircraft relics, books, models, kits, paperwork etc.
Came away quite happy with a couple of purchases i made, there was also a miles Master front canopy section that contained front screen including perspex.
Also good to have a catch up with FLY.BUY as its been way to long.
Was hoping to see you there but appreciate its along journey for yourself and others on the of chance, as there is a couple of your previous items that im interested in as been saving my pennies, no doubt i will catch up with you next year all going well.
Managed to walk the perimeter of the airfield runway and out buildings some very good memorials now in place to some of the airman sadly lost who flew out of Kenley.
Overall a good morning in the glorious weather.
Hi Fly.buy
Is there an events page link anywhere? as i cant appear to find anything on it.
I did find the Kenley autojumble for the same date that has been cancelled according to there facebook page.
Hi
Would anyone know if the Kenley aerojumble is on this coming Sunday?
Many thanks
Nice find
No worries Wet-Dog I’m glad you enjoyed it, there was another presentation this morning on the WW1 replica aircraft that Manfred Von Richthofen would of flown in at the time of his death, including some actual relics from his aircraft, along with an amazing story in the presentation that I never new.
In the link below.

Great to hear FLY.BUY
Seems a bit of an eternity currently though, something to hopefully look forward to.
Hi AM
Let’s give it a go
Many thanks Gin Ye Daur, at least the grip I have narrows it down to P51, P47 and P40, an interesting fact in regards to the recess firing button.
A nice yoke proudkerman that ouzes history.
Hi Gin Ye Daur
I hasn’t relised that in regards to the P39, would anyone have any images of the P39 grip showing this?
So would the grip I have be from either P51, P47 and a P40?
Will do AM
I will put it on shortly
“Example of B25 numbers , I do not have the number you have just a partial acess to the B-25 numners but these numbers start with 82-64”
