Over to you the picture just caught my attention looked so unusual. I also seen a picture by the way it was taken making a DC-4 look like a twin engine aircraft.
I don’t think the Wiki info on Brazilian aircraft is the best. From what I can make out from my book on their aircraft.
Sincerely
Chris
I don’t read Portugese but my book on Brazilian aircraft. Doesn’t make any reference to HL anything in the text. There was a HL-6 2 examples, HL-6A with a open cylinder engine mount. A HL-6B “Caure” #43 made with an inclosed engine but different than the engine used in the M-11 but very similiar looking. I think they were copying the PT-19 that went down there in WW2. From what I gather developed from M-9 a biplane, first flight 28th Oct. 1941 and used a Gypsy 200hp engine only 1 made Brazilian AF designation TP-1. Think it lasted till 1949 with 4,000 hours.

OK just for fun should be short. What’s different and the exact aircraft.

Orenco F (F-4 Tourister) This is not the only case where movie magic has messed up ID. Aerofiles says now owned by Kermit Weeks. So should be a picture of it now unless in storage.
Chris
Next guess Packard A
