It was never a rumour .

Nearly every new project starts up as a rumour,i was refering to the fact that this was the first article on the airbus website that mentioned the A330F.Of course i’ve read many internet articles with he said this, that & the other….about the aircraft, however i wait until i’ve read it on offical sites before i believe a project is going ahead.

Just to give everyone an idea of what the winds were like here in dublin over the weekend, here’s what i was “suprised” to find lying in front of where i lock my bike in college(see attachment). The ducting is about 3-4ft tall & approx. 5 feet wide.I went to move it to see how heavy it was & i’d say it was about 30-40kg’s,plenty to kill you if you happened to be standing there while it was blown off the roof. It’s a shame i couldn’t get to the airport, seeing all those dodgy landings!

i can wait until BA gets rid of the 737,that’s all they use on the DUB-LGW route. It would be nice to see some A319/320’s!

On the subject of airbus orders, air asia from malaysia want aonother 60 A320’s on top of the 100 they’ve got already on order.Another plus for Airbus is that EL AL have cancelled their order for 10 787’s.

That’s a great shame 😮 ,that spot is probably the most famous in europe, but at the least another spot is being put in place, unlike many airports who hate spotters LHR,CDG…..etc.

Fantastic photos,by the way what size lens would you need from the terrace the aircraft look very close.I’m going to AMS in march & was wondering what would be better suited my 28-100mm or my 70-300mm lens?

That’s good news that you can get shots from there & not be moved on!,as Ringway Sam says level 13 is to be changed,so it’s nice there’s somewhere else to go.

So would i get moved on if went to level 10 or 11 for a few hours?,and if anyone has any sample shots from those levels it would be great.
