I would think the pilots would be vetted.

I think we all were quite surprised when the RJ line was cancelled as other manufactuers seem ok. At least they still produce some jets as the J41 i believe is still in production with a friend of mine working at their military side which is going strong.

    Long live British Aircraft Manufacteurs!

MMM Very strange. If the pilot wants to keep flying then something isnt right.

Maybe the JAA should call a inspection of Egypt’s airlines and authorities before letting them back into European Airspace (which seems to be their main if not only market for flights)

On my charity events around the world event we went from Syndey to Nadi then Honolulu then Los Angeles. Nadi to Honolulu is actually in a pretty much straight line on a nearly North heading. One airway starts at nadi airport and when it finishes you are 100miles out from Honolulu and you start the star soon after! It takes appox 6 hours and the winds is usually against you on the way up. It will take full fuel to do so and you have literally the reserved left once you get to the gate.

They have been doing that route for over 1 and half years now!

Wasnt the original comment made in terms of sales per year? Therefore Airbus is definetly the largest aircraft producer in the world in terms of orders and deliveries for last year and easily for the foreseeable future with the A380 and new orders for the ever-popular A320 family?
