NIMBYs allmcc?
Edit – Not In My Back Yard’s DOH
Im always surprised how many people think that one is real!
Now that Mr Walsh Is in charge , I would guess that he would be looking to go down same road as Aer lingus and May be Have an all Airbus Fleet , it certainly seems to have worked well With Aer Lingus
Why not all boeings? I would assume EIN went for all airbus because of the A330s and A320s already in fleet. If it had been B747s and B737s at EIN it would be all Boeing i bet…. (i imaginge long haul fleet was biggest deciding factoR)
They should have Wingmirrors if they are reversing back of stand 😀

Mark L seems to know alot about strikes 😮 I bet he is an undercover operative for one of the unions 😮 BALPA perhaps?
…actually OneLeft and I are going for a test drive in one of these in a fortnights time with a view to buying one next winter.
Virgin must be paying well… 😀
I know the guy who made the Flightdeck 😀
Another factor maybe will be that since Ryanair could potentially use their own staff from the aircraft for everything bar checkin staff thus meaning the airports are really only getting income from landing fees and pax charges plus what the people buy. I am sure for smaller regional airports out of the way who use their own staff for handling this may be a large reduction in the money coming in?? Maybe this will mean FR will find it harder to get smaller airports when they expand (probably into Eastern Europe)????
Are they technically Jet2 and not Channex?
😮 take that back 😮
so when the media report people dont think “OMG Airline XXX just crashed ill never fly them again”
PMN – the captain said it “exploded” when he tried to restart it after the engine was worked on and said it would need a new engine. Flames of the back of the engine was what was seen on prep for departure.
Given the Captain took the aircraft off the runway and back to stand he must have thought it warrented action. Further confirmed when it “blew up” and now needs replaced.
A300 Cargo – a Ryanair dream – standing room to pack more in!
My dad was just about to depart LHR on a bmi to BHD and the A321 has been towed back onto stand as their is a problem with nose wheel gear. They are currently replacing the two tyres.
BD must be glad to get rid of some A321s!
