BBC doesn’t seem to be reporting anything about it, so I would suggest that someone is possibly mucking about.

Surely if there was a problem with subsidence, the airport would not continue operating as normal for 6 or 7 months, handling the same number of flights everyday. If it were true, I would have thought that the closure would have happened almost immediately, considering that the airport would be unsafe.

Go to http://www.download.com/ and search for “Babarosa”. You need to download the only result that comes – Babarosa GIF Animator. It is shareware but you can use it for free so long as you have the watermarked edition.

If you place a plain white patch over the frame, the watermark is immediately covered up! 😀

As long as the computer you want to use has a modem, it’s a doddle. Just plug it into the phone line, dial up to the usual number with the same user name and password given to you by BT OpenWorld and away you go!

I think the obvious place for me would be St. Maarten.

The shot below was taken in Phuket. I saw a similar shot of a Thai Airways 747 a few months ago and decided that one day I will go there! Added yesterday and had almost 2,500 views already!
