Funny you should mention this. I am meant to be going up to Newcastle for 3 nights on Monday and was going to ask about the airport.
My dad will be on a business trip and may be able to ferry me to the best spots.
Nice report Carl, would say I am glad you enjoyed it, but it sounded quite nasty.
I hate dirty aircraft, particularly when I pull my seatback table down and there is a circular coffee stain where a mug has spilled it’s load and crumbs on the seat.. eww!
Thanks a lot mate,
Great photographs. Did you get the registration of it?
I was told the following during a conversation on MSN Messenger:
on a friday round about 11:30 they leave gatwick 2 go 2 sanford cos i went on tht flight lst year they operate for travel city direct
Just 39 days til I go on of those! :p Not British though!
lol – perhaps that’s the case, Kev.
Whatever happened on the inside though, the aircraft itself ended up with a broken nose!
Being screened 24/7 on Channel 4 and E4, I’d have to agree there. But it’s been a popular series, 400,000 desperate hopefuls applied to be on the show, obviously without jobs and wanting a shortlived TV experience before being evicted.

Great photographs.
The 727 with winglets looks so classy.
A spokeswoman for bmi said no-one had been injured and passengers were not at risk.
This report – did it or did it not say that an old man cracked his head open on an overhead locker? Therefore, why is not qualifying as an injury?
Great photograph – very British!
Glad you enjoyed it Andrew, sounds great. I noticed G-EUPV in that list of yours, too. The British Airways A319-100 which I can say I have flown from BCN to LHR last year.
Can I please see the United photo?
Well, you want to sleep – you can be sure of one thing now – you won’t get much sleep at all! :p
Congratulations to you, your wife and baby Nikkita!
A good selection there, Andrew. As Mongu says, they’re certainly better than the Airliners.net ones and it’s once again, great to see yet more work of the forum people.
I’m buying a digital camera to take on holiday with me at the end of June. Hopefully I’ll try to capture some Asian-Aviation in Thailand. We arrive there at 3pm in the afternoon, so I may get some nice Thai 747s, A330s and maybe even Bangkok Airways 717s. I’ll have to check I am not breaking the law first though. I don’t want them to cut my hands off or do something equally as grim!! 😀
Smashing work..!!
Sounds great, Andrew. Do enjoy it!
