Reading the tread it did make me shiffer a wee bit, just like Peter I was involved with the Cat. I was involved with her last ever flight, lukely i was not on board but helpt her on her way.

If you look the website of the Dutch Catalina, its not likely that they are attending in any way.

The catalina in the photo is not the duxford cat but the french one. The blisters are a give a way.

Well spotted, they had an tyre burst just outside the gate of the aviodrome. It was replaced in no time.

With the Tracker they still do engine runs and they flex the wings.
The Norseman is not readycompletly done, the wing is on but not yet fully fixed.

The mustang is the former Reno racer Miss Ashley. It was highly modifid, a lot of work. The leading edge is very clean as there are no gun holes in them.

Bob,

The tank bank is a good spot, try to go around the corner in the back a bit. A lot of fighters use that corner to start there display.

Did the weight of the ordanance carried very with the amount of fuel carried?
Was the amount of ordanance carried affected after the introduction of the 5-A version?
