    Which Buchon crash are you referring to here?

    If you mean the Mark Hanna accident I hope you aren’t just adding it in to bulk out your list. (You list the accidents as highly publicised and I can’t think of another Buchon accident in recent years that saw such significant publicity) .

    If he’d been 500 or 1000 ft higher that day, he wouldn’t have had his accident as a result of LANDING the aircraft. He was not engaged in aerobatic manoeuvres – simply trying to land. I would advise a little more circumspection when trying to find examples to build up your argument.

    And of course, banning people from landing because it’s dangerous offers an entirely new set of problems…..!
