Rolled down Cowely Road at 2AM in an original Darlek mock up, with lights and moving sink plunger and everything. Scared a few students to death I think. Even the police were amused, finally warning me that my vehicle was neither taxed nor insured and he was dubious that the MOT was up to date. I replied frankly that I was glad I wasn’t speeding, to which the copper laughed and drove away.

    I am planning a repeat soon…

You lot never cease to amaze me…

You had a Mark V with a tropical filter with ‘possibly’ an 8 and a 4 in the serial and you nail it on the head… simply outstanding work!

The damn T-72’s will be the bane of your life. If you hear a call out for one of these guys, then see the trooper next to you pulling out the RPG the advice would be to run away VERY fast and hide behind a tree.

It’s not that fast paced I grant you, but as for realism, second to none.

Speaking of which I might dig it out now.

Have fun and let us all know what you think.

Not that I know of mate, but the ai is so realistic that youll think that you are playing online.

It really is that good- troops take advantage of the terrain, look for cover, dont just stand there and spray rounds forever, run out of ammo, get killed, take objectives without you explicitly ordering them to do so, talk amongst themselves.

The storyline’s a cracker to boot.

    Glad to be of service.

You want Operation Flashpoint mate- about a tenner now WITH EXPANSION PACK, one hit kills for both your foe and yourself, set in a hypothetical US vs USSR environment in the 1980’s, decent graphics, amazing realism and great fun.

Trust me- this is what you want.
