You cannot reduce a stores-equipped Rafale to the RCS of a sparrow against what could be several radars by electronic cancellation generated by a few jammers. If it could then France wouldn’t be working on geometrically stealthy designs like nEUROn, and nor would other countries like the US, China and Russia for that matter.
