2 days ago, french MoD awarded a contract for feasability study of man / AI interactions in aeerial battlefields.

The general (i told you he would be set back to kennel) was far from the only one “sacked” these days. Pretty old chap.

I’ve broken down Dassault Rafale PAUC equivalent several times, searching back on what I’ve previously posted:

212 million in 2011 dollars. That obviously does not include RBE2 AESA backfitting, and was based on 286 aircraft produced for France.

That included everything within F3. F3R and future F4 are not included in original program.

I sincerely hope this will not happen and those typhie will be sold. However, and despite gov. to gov. agreements, France had to step back selling some military french/german in the middle east (can’t remember, was it roland missile?)

I canonly repeat what Trappier said mrmalaya. And he talked specifically about uk industrials being very positive to start demonstrator vs governement…
My own opinion do not count and tbh i do not know wht happens behind the doors.

Not exactly what he said (i was there), but yes e is kind of disappointed that industrials (both french and Uk) couldn’t get commitment from uk gov for a demonstrator. According to him, Uk gov too busy with Brexit nowadays. There are still hopes.

Only one real news : DRAL will start to produce Falcon 2000 and Rafale parts end of the year. starting a 5 years ramp up. Next Qtari batch should be ordered soon.
Ah and production rate is ramping up to slightly above 2.5/month.

Sure. That’s why the uk gov do not dare to say it to MPs? and why Winter is criticizing them? Smoke.
