“He should leave my ethnic group out of it. He came to my thread, not me to his.”

You don’t own the forum so he is free to post wherever he likes the same holds true of every member here. He takes facts and puts them into a way favorable to him so really you should just counter what he said. And to be truthful he did not say ethnic comments. Personally I know he posted on this thread to make negative comments on the J-8 (which at least is a nice looking plane 😀 ).

“And why isn’t his deliberate falsifications on showing Chinese equipment in a bad light NOT an attack on my country?”

You should attempt to debunk his calling to JH-7 a failed plane for example and not say he is spreading propganda. He did not say negative things about an ethnic group but about a plane which is a huge difference. Dissing the F/A-18E does not mean you are dissing Americans.

“How is pointing out that they spend their time attacking to anything built by the Chinese is an “attack” on India?”

Open a thread on the LCA and watch Pakistanis make fun of the plane, does that mean Pakistanis spent their time attacking anything built by India? I mean come on you really should expect some things coming to these forums after all.

“I spent a lot of time rebuking YOU on that thread.”

But you never did rebuke me 😀 . But that’s a different story 😀 .

“It’s very simple, you come onto my thread with ulterior motives and I will point it out.”

You are one very paranoid guy. So am I part of a Vietnamese “psychological team” recruited to make you look bad (well yes actually but once again that’s a different story 😀 )?

Bottom line is you people (Brute, Golden Dragon, etc…) just need to calm down.

Nice data on page one on your first post by the way I did not get a chance to comment on that.

Hey by all means I would like to discuss the J-8 so maybe this topic should get back on topic.

I think prop and tubro props do have a future in armed conflict.

Smaller air forces would use them to provide CAS and to act as FACs and bigger air forces could use them for FACs.

Just makes me wonder if the USA ever gets stuck in another jungle… we could see T-6s with rocket pods 😉

“But not in my thread, and with this scum Brute Gorilla had inserting a piece of propagandistic garbage. A piece he himself wrote but deliberately lied about not knowing who wrote it and then changing his tune when Pafpilot called him on it.”

You should leave his ethnic group out of it and point out what is wrong with his “article”. Because he typed it or at the very least posted it so point out what is wrong if you are able to do that. You should try and counter his points not say things about his country. In fact he was just trying to show Chinese equipment in a bad light, you insulted his country. So really who is worse?

“Internet professor Troung, when have I said anything about being a “victim”? Do I show by my demeanor that I am a “victim” or claim to be a “victim” of any sort?”

All the time, you always try and play to victim. I remember the J-7PG thread where you after insulting people tried to play a victim. You do that constantly. You talk about how people show up to ruin “your” threads and while you are saying you will not respond you insult them thus continuing these lame “flame wars”. When you get right down to it you are really just as bad as “brute gorilla”. Look ho you called “F-18 Hamburger” and Indian. First off that was a stupid thing to say, as looking at his posts would easily show that he is white but you called him an Indian as a slur. So please do not pretend like you do not flame. And before anybody says anything yes this time “Brute Gorilla” was trying to bash another topic involving China similar to that article he made on the J-10 awhile back.

And I would assume the title “Internet professor” is supposed to be an insult on me. Very childish behavior.

“yeah I know I love the 29, this is only to hide my disappointment that not too many peopel like the MiG-23 around here”

Find intersting or think it is great?

I find lot of things intersting, I find the MiG-21 intersting don’t mean I think it is great 😀

I would think a lot of people around here would like the MiG-23.

” This is a deliberate attempt by an Indian propagandist who believe that it is necessary, as PAF-pilot said, “to take down the Chinese reputation because it adversely affected India’s in comparison.””

Come on I would like some proof that they have some “psychological operation team”. That just sounds like a little too much work on their part and a little to well known to be a top secert “psychological operation team”. I have no doubt that “Brute Gorilla” came to this thread to get it off topic and say negative things about the J-8 and/or JH-7, but that he is part of some top secret “psychological operation team” seems pushing it a little. And in these wonderful India vs. Pakistan and China flame wars both sides seem to have no problem in starting them.

“This thread has nothing to do with Brute or his kind.”

And you are no better saying his kind which could be seen as insluting his ethinic heritage and not the fact he likes to ruin Chinese and Pakistani threads. I am not taking his side on this one becuase I do remember his J-10 thread he posted as around the internet.

But “Golden Dragon” you should not try and claim you are always the victim either.

Come on lay of Phantom the P-40 is due more credit then it seems to get.

It was the backbone of the forces in China and Burma for quite some time and did see some service after the war with the Dutch over Indonesia but it rarely gets the notice it is due.

Plus I mean come on if Phantom was to pick a plane he like of the war why are people surprised he picked the P-40?

And if people want to whine about bombing I think I could name many other nations other then the USA which have bombed civilians as well. People in glass houses should never throw stones.

Like in the same air force. Like how the ROCAF uses the Mirage 2000-5EI/DI, F-16A/B Block 20 and F-CK-1 for example.

Serbia should retire the MiG-29A/UBs and J-22s and give the MiG-21bis a life extension to maybe the 2005-2007 period and after that buy surplus F-16A/B ADFs which could very easily come with BVR weapons (AIM-7M or AIM-120). Serbia is no longer an enemy of the USA or NATO and it is doubtful there would be any Balkan war in the near future. F-16s would allow Serbia to deploy with NATO nations on “peace keeping” and of course become a full off NATO military. And before people comment on the USA not liking to give the AIM-120 away realize that Thailand, which faces almost no aerial threat, has gotten the AIM-120. The G-4s could be upgraded to keep serving as lead in trainers for the F-16s.

Making the F/A-18A/C bigger and calling it the F/A-18E, which loses the cool looks of the smaller F/A-18A/C.

The fact that the A-1 Sky Raider is not in service anywhere. The plane defined CAS.

The Philippines retired the AT-28D only to have to use the SF-260 in the COIN role years later. I’m sorry the AT-28D not only looks better it works better. The SF-260M/W are crappy. At the very least they could buy ex South Korean and American T-28s and put them into service…

Yes the A-1 and AT-28 are two of the best CAS/COIN planes ever built.

Scarping planes in dumb period. There should be more bone yards of old planes getting in worse and worse shape as years go by. It looks cool. Afghani MiG-21s, Su-22M-4Ks and Il-28s look cool now that they just sit there, so do Somali and others… razor blades do not.

    I could go on…

Well the F-16s could be sold to add to other nations fleets that for one reason or anohter are not getting more like say Indonesia, Venezuela or even Thailand. I doubt they would sell F-16s to Pakistan.

I would think they would not be sold to a nation which did not already have F-16s in service.

“greeks, taiwanese and arabians pilots will comfirm easily!”

Well the ROCAF does use the Mirage 2000-5EI/DI for air defense and the F-16A/B Block 20 for strike and anti shipping. I have read reports that state the ROCAF favors the Mirage 2000-5EI/DI over the F-16A/B Block 20 for air defense missions and air combat. But then again thier Mirage 2000-5EI/DIs came with no strike weapons and make up less squadrons then the F-16A/B Block 20s which use the AGM-84, AGM-65, and Paveway family (and could get the AGM-88). And then again thier F-16A/B Block 20s only now just got the AIM-120. Of course thier Mirage 2000-5EI/DI crews could have a leg up becuase all they do is train for air combat.

So you can look at it from many directions.

“It IS rubbish. Like the rest of the crap from Russia. China is forced to buy Russian crap because it can’t buy western”

Good we finally argee on something.

No doubt if China could buy from the West they would and compleyty forget Russia.

How knows some Democratic reforms, not threating thier neighbor how knows what the future could hold.

“In a war with the US, the Tu’s will die as quickly as the H-6s but will have cost a hell of lot more. The Su-30 is also crap when compared to Western planes. Armed by crappy missiles that probably won’t work in wartime. Especially with the degraded down versions that Russia always screws its clients with.”

Could be worse, you could be stuck in Vietnam’s shoes of having less of the same crappy Russian systems 🙁

I would have to agree on this. Russian equipment does seem to come up short when it counts the most. No doubt that in nations where money is not as much the issue Western weapons would be bought over Russian ones.
