You´re missing the point. Russia can surely donate fighters from its inventory. Ukraine like many other former Soviet republics and Warzaw-pact members are not looking for the cheapest possible fighter. They seek independence and freedom -from Russia…

A NEW doctrine of privilage status-And why is that? Maybe Putin and co realize that they cannot threaten its neighbours into submission? (Georgia was a pyrrhus victory IMHO.) This new doctrine is simply a “hearts and minds” campaign that is not going to fool anybody.

The biggest problem with MIG and Sukhoi- fighters are that they are Russian designs. Sad but true!

    ahahahaa
we all know who is sakashvillain ,and yushcenkopuppet….
your taktiks of destroying lillte countries sucking them bone dry from goods and printing money is falling apart. what? dont tell me you really thought you built so much of your country and enjoy so many priveleges by working THAT hard? Aham…..
misery and destruction ,pain and suffering ,death and desease you brought to billions of people makes stalin look like a little baby compared to your administrations….
anyway they west all confusing people with promice of *NOTHING *and with propaganda failed 90% of people is AGAINST NATO!

All records are flown by “special prepared” aircraft in most favourable conditions and not by front-line ones with ordinary pilots most of the time.

It is a circle of 32 km diameter.
8 April 1973 by A.V. Fedotov in Ye-266 (all prototypes of the MiG-25 family!)
    2,605.1 km/h or Mach 2,45.

    25 September 1960 by J.F. Davis in prototyp (F4H) No 142260 at 2,237 km/h or Mach 2,11.

For the benefit of the others, how was it done 13 years before.

The Phantom entered the circular course at an altitude of 45000 ft or 13720 m at a speed of Mach 2,31 and held a 3g turn all the way round, finishing at 47000 ft or 14329 m and Mach 2,21.

well the usual water methanol cooling system was 290 liter for mig-25P, but 190 for -r ,rb versions ,63rd expeditionary recon airgroup in egypt used more watter instead of methanol since there was less risk of watter freasing ,had new better heatexchanger for air going into turbines and used much more reserves of cooling liquid with new synthetic mixtures instead of methanol.
belenkos limits were if the engine didnt have a cooling liquid left.thats whats making confusions.

concidering their radical design and tactic they should have been replaced by 1940-41, but too late and its worthlessness in the beggining of the war already,i would go for JU-87, latter FW-190 used for ground attack but it was never enough of them so the germans stuck with ju-87 stuka untill the end.

Bulgaria had no MiG-25 interceptors, they were all recon/training aircraft. Yet the S-200/300 missiles around Sofia and the S-75s there, alongside with S-125s around Plovdiv and the Burgas and Varna S-75s and S-125s made an unintereupted front from Yugoslavia to the Black sea.

yes i am sorry my memory is not so good ,. i remeber there was to be a full transfer of several mig-25 variants but it got mig-25RB recon and bomber version…
the bulgarians latter changed their mind and shiped back 3 foxbats in order to buy mig-23 interceptors.soc
north of lake sevan is another vilage i will try to give you map later.since its abandoned site and armenia give back to russia its mig-25s and s-200 vehicles.

    Go

A few questions. It is known that no S-200s were ever placed in Romaina, but were there ever batteries in Armenia or Yugoslavia? If so, where were they located? Was there a second location in Georgia aside from the one near Tbilisi? What about a second location in Bulgaria apart from the Sofiya battery, or a location inside Slovakia? Locations like those would cover obvious gaps in the deployment.

    I’m .

no s-200 in yougoslavia got dvina nad volhov of older sams.
    they were in neutral movement
no s-200 in romania ukraine site covered whole of it.
There were no gaps in survailance radars and missile ranges gaps were closed with new versions of missile and MiG-25 in bulgaria.
Yes and no ,there was reserve position for tbilisi battery on mountain north of lake sevan in armenia to cover most of east black sea in case of need be.

We can do it now anyway, can’t we? Besides, it’s better to drink red crimean from a glass than “from a flask inside a mask” imho. Remember how many nuclear reactors are in the vicinity (might be relevant in case of conflict)? 😉

You can’t get anything for free anymore (at least since the fall of communism), remember? I want to see Yalta with ships in port, not below the port.

these harbours are ours built by our companies russians are living there and and small piece of land that conect it with rest ukraine is easy to sabbotage ,and mine.population will suport us and well have it in 2-3 days.
Countries cant join nato if they have teritorial disputes and i would proclaim the harbours the piece of russian land and wouldnt pay them anything ,and if they try to force us out-wham.
spain has teritory in africa and maroko tried to take them or any other country nato is not abliged to intervene says so in theirs treaty.

Medvedev in control is far more dangerous than Putin. He’s GWB only in Russia. We don’t need any more leaders like that in control of nuclear arsenals ever again. Seriously, arrogance is the downfall of smart fellows like Medvedev. He’d just as soon bury Russia in a new mountain of debt just to have his day in the sun giving that one memorable speech in the history books. So what if it seriously fubars their economy because it was all worth his winning eternal fame.

medvedev means the bear-man ,his surname.:dev2:
i think liberals runs economy in orther not to repeat mistakes of ussr while foreign affairs is run by sergei ivanov (crazy ivan).
oh ukraine is in the works its not that difficult since 50% of population is pro -russian and hate their president so we will fight 25 million of rest and run them off into germany…

Just because a satellite has a SAR radar doesn’t mean it can be used to track aircraft carriers. You should find out more on how US-A work, or at least, was intended to work. And on it’s deficiencies (inherent in sat based SAR targeting) which the US intended to exploit. You might also be interested to know that the US worked on sat SAR radar spoofing till the 90s. 2 SAR satellites? Get around 24 and we might call that a plausible targeting system.

US-A and US-P use (ed) nuclear power and are very powerfull satelites in lower earth orbit.
    to hide a carrier??? hahahaa…..
