Hi Jim, these were taken on the 8th Feb, in York, near the fire station, theres a bridge which i was stood on when i took these, near the keep on the hill i believe, if its ok with Grey Area etc il post the rest in here, if not then il post them in the Non Aviation Photo Thread
I think they’d sit better in the Non-Aviation Photo thread, Scott.
You can post a link to them in this thread as well.

Hi Scott, When and where were these taken?
And yes, if it’s not too much trouble I would like to see some more please, however, it may help if you would be good enough to state where they have been taken.
Jim.

I really like York, first went there about five years ago so daughter could have a look at the University.
If you’re keen on history the Castle Museum’s well worth seeing. It’s supposed to be haunted,so don’t miss a visit to the condemned cell.
The famous Betty’s tea rooms do lovely Yorkshire Fat Rascals.
Mr. Bee absolutely loves the Railway Museum ( yawn ).and the whole city’s a treasure trove of photo opportunities.

the north east aircraft museums not that far up the road, right blue? about an hour and a half? 😛
Whilst I appreciate what your both saying, I live in South Lincs, and even York for a day is some doing, The A/C museums are a “GO” when they change the clocks.
Thanks.

Ah Young Peter, that means a bottle of Red for you, and a can of coke for the lad, and a bucket for both of you for the tears when we get trashed :diablo:

And all we had to do was turn around and walk down that little cobbled street! That pub doesn’t do Heineken anymore though which doesn’t impress me!
I certainly don’t know which of you pair is the lesser evil on these forums.;)

And for standing outside the main entrance of pubs saying “I wonder where the nearest pub is?” 😉
