The other thread has been quiet for quite a while so I thought I’d try again as the last few days in GD have been a bit depressing!;)

So now I know just how our Vet, Alan, has two Ferraries, and a Bentley……………..Wouldn’t a new cat be cheaper?…….:D

I sort of remember Jack Hargreaves but I think he was my son’s era…….
I used to love watching him.

It made us smile today when the vet told us it’s going to cost £1,100 to get our cats leg put right. 🙁

I am a cheap date LOL
It just made me chuckle because all the way to the horspital I was thinking it might cost me 300 squid or so to get the cv joint sorted ; )
then to get out of the car and see the coat hanger sticking out near the tyre – what a relief LOL.

Had to drive to dear old Bognor today to get my knees greased 🙂 did that make me smile ?? No !!
BUT…I was driving my little runabout – a pug 306 turbo diesel (1997 with 49000 on clock : ) – which I have only driven in the dark the last few days, anyway on slight right lock (say going round a roundabout) i started to hear a clicky whirry sound which I thought may have been the early stages of a CV joint going TU : ) – so i stepped out of the car – looked down at the front wheel and there was a bent metal coat hanger jammed in between the wing and the wheel arch plastic cover,it was just outboard of the tyre tread – so I pulled it out and Hey Presto the noise has gone…result 😀

European leg of the tour over, pretty gutted, a lot of fun… But back home to the UK to recharge for a short while then heading off to the US and Canada for a 23 gig leg, starting next week. Happy-Happy!
Lets hope this time the US Customs don’t f*ck up my Orange Rockerverb like they did with my Mesa Boogie last time. Gormless twits!
