I’m glad I didn’t, as it now seems to have descended into schoolyard bickering.

But nationalisation has been on the cards for years. It was formally rejected by the ANC lead government just over a year ago and two subsequent reports have clearly shown how unviable it would be. There is a minority group still fighting for it but the odds seem stacked well against them. I cannot see what has changed or what is likely to change in the forseeable future. Of course nothing can ever be ruled out but there seems to be little evidence to support the proposition.

Either the Head of State or the Head of Government but why are we paying for Dreggs, Millipede, Blair, Major and Brown??

I wouldn’t go if they paid me, same as I wouldn’t go to Hitlers, and the rest of those of such ilk.

I hope all our lot going over there have filled in their expenses forms ok,i would hate to think of them going without over Christmas.

Including the BBC. I overheard the supercilious tones of Humphrys on Mrs CH’s radio this morning so we’ve shelled out for him and his team to have a jolly there for a few days. Are the BBC’s reporters and correspondents in Africa incapable of telling the studio here what is happening?
