U2 3D at The London IMAX.
It’s the closest I’ve been to a live concert,and I’ve been to a few,whilst sitting in a cinema.Amazing picture,cracking sound.
THE best concert film I have ever seen:D .

We always knew you were weird Steve – but not that weird. Or is it just that you can’t get hold of any decent films in Oz? If that’s the case I’m sure some of us on here would be happy to send you some better viewing.

I’m a fifties monster movie fan..the man in the rubber suit has always fascinated me and i dare say some of the sixties kitsch movies

In about 90 years time you’ll get on to 21st century films Steve. I’m afraid you’ll not be very impressed with most of them. There really is some dross being released these days.

Too right. I can’t remember the last film I went to the cinema to see and came out thinking, “Damn, that was good!”

Indeed, there’s only two films I’m even looking forward to this year: The Dark Knight and Indiana Jones IV (although the trailer for the latter made me think twice! )

I’ll leave Plan 9 From Outer Space unmentioned until Steve R. comes up with it…

Watched John Rambo yesterday. Same old stupidity, but this time Rambo has an excuse: senility! Probably the most unneccesary film of the year, except maybe Sylvester Stallone trying a final cash-grab as long as he’s still somewhat capable of his old tricks. Which is too bad, i actually think he did a great job as an actor in Copland and should have followed that career path. You know, ageing with dignity and such. But noooo…. No doubt he’ll be doing a sequel to Cobra and Over The Top next

Looking very much forward to No Country For Old Men. I’ve been a great, great Coen bros. fan ever since I first saw Raising Arizona.

Watched It Came From Outer Space at The National Film Theater a few years ago.It was shown in 3D and glorious black and white but it didn’t improve the story or acting at all.God knows how it won a Golden Globe.

Just taken ATONEMENT out of the player and that’s where it’s gonna stay as I don’t ever want to watch it again.Admittedly it is well acted and looks very good but I thought the story average at best.

I wasn’t gonna do it! I told myself I wasn’t going to read/watch ANYTHING to do with Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull….

But I did! 😮
