    The JSF is not really The FUTURE. that role is for the F-22 the JSF is a med ability fighter (in comparison)

    I am on the megabus heading back on monday so no chance! But no loss i can see the typhoon at farnborough or Fairford! plus i am sure some one would post some pics so not a big loss!

    Nothing to debate about here, as if war did happen between the two the US pilots point that they would have full authority on Aim-120 and AESA use is pretty valid and would influence the outcome.

    Not going to southend now! 🙁 Typhoon wont be showing till 5pm and the rest of the show doesnt seem so good as it will be a cloudy day. 🙁 damn the weather..

    so i wont need that piece of glass after all..

    So if they do make the typhoon do the COBRA or HOOK i hope some one posts a video of it.

    so its yur opinion that the AF would have no choice but to either pay for a new 767 line or go for the fuelbus330??

    Boeing is in big dooo doo, i wouldnt be suprised if congress halts the purchase of fuelbus, saying that even though the EH101 is european a lot of the parts do get manufactured in the US for the US101.

    Sweet! well i HAVE to get hold of a zoom lense before sunday as i only have the Tamron 1:1 macro and the standard 300D wide angle (they have done me well for portraits but are useless for aircraft). Anyone selling second hand glass?

    Aahhh thanks arthur, what i was doing wasnt a comparison i just wanted a list of all the transport aircraft but you have a good idea.
