Yeah i knew you’re going to post here sooner or later something like this… but if you don’t like this topic, with all due respect why do you post here then? Don’t you have some UKIP rally to attend to or something…jeez

Ah yes, the same old chestnut when you have sod all worth countering with. Your thinking is limited, I see. It’s also funny, and hypocritical of you to bring that up after your comments on the US.

load of billhooks, why don’t you open a topic in General about “these simple unreported” matters huh, let’s see what “truths” you got?

Firstly, work out the differences between Military Aviation and Political Debate, then work out which categories, thus figure out which areas of the forum they belong in. Secondly, take some lessons on world History and Current Affairs. Dreams have no place in the world, why? Because the majority are awake.

PS: Anyone that not in my demented world are ignored. If anyone doesn’t like this thread, don’t post in it, don’t read it, you can add ME to your ignore list, i don’t care …just stay away.

    Fixed that for you.

You should also start to threaten consequences for your ‘Ideal Europe’, you know sort of what like that guy with the Charlie Chaplin Moustache did.

    Ta-ta, Troll.

How can you compare western Europe with a country with 200 million guns on the streets, all kind of crazy uneducated bible wavers, cops shooting hundreds of innocent peoples yearly, huge levels of violence and injustice, racism, xenophobia and so on? What the hell do we have in common with them ?!

Are you for real? Well no, obviously not because you have no idea how f*cked up and corrupt Europe really is. Today, Europe do the most unimaginable, despicable and sickening things that would sink it to the most awful depths capable of matching that of the US, Russia, China or any other country, both “civilised” and 3rd world. Why don’t you go educate yourself on these simple un-reported matters then maybe you’d just wake up and end up in the real world. Do that small thing instead of insulting other people’s intelligence!

Your other points (dreams) are even worth replying to. Get real!

Yes but, c’mon. Lets be realistic. Have Gilmore and his team actually flown the aircraft? Because if they haven’t then they don’t have access. It’s as simple as that. :dev2:

Eurofighter Typhoon aircraft from the UK’s Royal Air Force are at Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada this month to take part in one of the world’s leading air-to-air combat training exercises which begins this week.

Red Flag is the United States Air Force’s premier air-to-air combat training event. Participants typically include both US and allied nations’ combat air forces. The exercise gives pilots the experience of multiple, intensive air sorties in the safety of a training environment.

This year, as well as the Eurofighter Typhoon FGR4’s from 6 Squadron based at RAF Leuchars, there will also be Tornado GR-4s and an E-3D Sentry from the UK. The Royal Australian Air Force are expected to send F-18s and an E-7. The allied nations will augment and perform alongside a contingent of US aircraft.

In 2013, Eurofighter Typhoon aircraft acquitted themselves with flying colours at the event attracting widespread praise for their agility, flexibility and ability to deliver what was described as ‘high kinetic’ effect. The Eurofighter’s Defensive Aids Sub Systems (DASS) and the aircraft’s Mission Data were major contributors to the jet’s success. The RAF have placed significant emphasis on developing the aircraft’s mission data — populating the Eurofighter Typhoon’s DASS and radar with vital information to enable peak performance in high-threat scenarios.

United Europe(an) Air Force… Europe can’t even decide on the more simple scenarios let alone a United Air Force.

    …Because I have a very solid idea.

I hope this is the right thread to ask. As some of you probably know, Argentina could be interested in acquiring Kfir Block 60. As a platform the EF-2000 is way superior, but it does mount an AESA radar that could provide certain advantages. Is this aircraft a threat for the EF-2000 based in the Falklands?

It’s some of the numbties in charge in Argentina that are the threat, not so much the aircraft.

So if no Alarm, what SEAD capability does Typhoon carry? HARM?

C’mon, this is the UK MoD here, they don’t do away with something and have a direct replacement right away. It’s far more cost effective to have nothing.

One of them use SBU-38 to do the job, as demonstrated in Libya.

The other performed the same roles including (Maritime Strike) using just EPWII/PWII. :dev2:

Michael Gilmore hasn’t flown it, there for he’s just another critical naysayer that has no access.

The point is simple. The most vocal critics of the F-35. Have no access to it and have not flown it.

Praise the aeroplane even if you have no access, all is well, very good, thank you for your support! Have a Cookie!… Be critical of it while still having no access, then what do you know, you have no access, while keeping in mind you know too well you’re never going to have access anyway, regardless if you’re praising or being critical. It’s like that, is it…

Sorry but, pffft… That’s such an easy argument to throw around. It also indicates the one that throws that around, ironically has no counter argument.

“The only naysayers of the F-35. Are the ones that haven’t flown it or flown against it!”

In which case, the same can easily be said for any other aeroplane.

There’s reasons why a lot of quotes are memorable, and some are forgotten. That one drops into the forgotten pile because it sounds like he couldn’t think of anything else to say. There’s so much conflict in that forgettable quote.

Eurofighter has confirmed that it will be present at one of India’s most important Defence Exhibitions in 2014. Eurofighter Typhoon’s stand at Defexpo India 2014 will be adjacent to the stand of the Airbus Group which is one of the four Eurofighter Partner Companies.
